Our Professional Handyman Service. is an easy to access service as outlined on our Property Maintenance & Handyman Page we do also provide Free Quotations for larger or specialist jobs. In order to give you Flexibility and Value for Money, our Minimum Handyman Booking is just 1 Hour and we charge by the Hour Thereafter.

We’ve tested these prices against our competitors and are confident that you will struggle to find Better Value For Money for a Like For Like Service.

Please Note:

All charges are per tradesman
1 hour minimum job for handyman
1st Hour for “early bird” slot 7-8am at Out Of Hours Rate
For early bird slot bookings, we cannot undertake work that is likely to cause noise nuisance to your neighbours
Some specialist jobs may require fixed price quotation as opposed to handyman service.
Parking is charged at cost where applicable
Materials other than standard screws and fixings are chargeable
If we arrive and are unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own, the minimum charge applicable to the booking will be applied.

Rescheduling/cancellation policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please give us 48 hours notice to avoid a late notice charge of £20.00
