We recently completed this complete refurbishment in Somersham, consisting of Kitchen, Bathroom, Wardrobe and Flooring Installations and a complete redecoration. The client was delighted with the outcome and left an outstanding review to boot!
The project involved lots of preparation (filling, sanding & caulking), painting ceiling, walls, doors, frames, loft hatch, hand rails, newel posts, spindles and skirting boards.
All painted with Dulux Trade products.

The existing base was sound, so minimal preparation was required (removing raised or rough edges, jetwash, etc), in fact the biggest pre installation challenge was to get the materials straight to the work site because of restricted access.
This delightful wrap around composite deck in Cambridgeshire consisted of strengthening one frame and replacing another while adjusting the levels to allow a seamless platform that an be illuminated at night via inset LED deck lights.
Our client in Somersham had a rather unique utility room configuration that required sliding doors on the base units. We collaborated with our kitchen manufacturer and delivered a solution that worked and the client was delighted with the outcome.
Our clients contacted us because they were getting very stressed with the whole process of upgrading their kitchen and knew that we would manage everything and take away the pressure! They were both delighted with the outcome!
Our long established landlord client, in Wadhurst, wanted us to design and build a double tandem garage/workshop at his home address. The project was a nice challenge that we rose to and succeeded in pleasing him once more.
Our Client in Ellington wanted us to create a new opening between the lounge and what was once an osteopath treatment room and redecorate to create a new dining room. The results were fantastic! Another 5* review!
Our commercial client in Kimbolton wanted a stairwell and corridor painted prior to a VIP visit. Our team carried out the works throughout several nights so as to ensure we did not impact business continuity, Nice clean job!
This lovely cottage kitchen in Wyboston was painted in Fired Earth, Weld Yellow and it really brightens the room and makes for a great atmosphere! While onsite we also rubbed down and varnished some exterior doors. Client was overjoyed with the end results.
Our client in East London had seen our bookcases, at his Parents in Papworth Everard and he wanted some. As it was London we chose to construct the units here in Cambridgeshire and take to site in kit form, reducing the onsite time, so we could Install the Bookcases, Prepare them for Painting and Paint them with an Eggshell finish. Once again a successful project and another happy client.
Our Client in Eynesbury, St Neots wanted us to rip out the old bathroom and jazz things up a little! The bathroom consisted of Shower Bath, Vanity Basin, WC, Towel Rail, Underfloor Heating, New Downlights, Tiling and Decorating and we were all impressed with the results!
Our Clients in Wyboston wanted us to redecorate their cottage in phases. Here’s the images from the first phase plus a few of some of the other tasks we undertook, such as boxing in pipes, etc.
Our Client in St Neots, had seen our handy work at her neighbours and wanted some shelving for 3 seperate rooms of the house. The first some simple conti-board shelving over a stairwell and the second and 3rd rooms requiring some made to measure MDF Painted shelves. In addition to this we tidies some cables, re-caulked some skirting boards and re-sealed around a bath. The client was delighted with the outcome.
We’d just completed their bathroom and our clients in Brampton wanted us to replace their boundary fence which was rotten. Not the most glamorous of jobs but we finished it in style anyway.
Our property management client wanted us to undertake several tasks on their property in Great Stukely. The Work included gutter and downpipe installation, lock replacement, gate repairs and re-painting and labeling the internal post boxes. Quite a mix of things and we must have done a good job as we’ve been asked to undertake several jobs since then.
Our Client in Little Paxton asked us to detergent, wash and then return to sand their driveway and path. What a difference!
This Lounge Diner redecoration in Papworth Everard had quite a bot of preparation work for a new build as there had been quite a bit of settlement. The Outcome was very nice and the light blue walls made it a very calming room.
Our clients in Papworth Everard wanted us decorate the master bedroom and ground floor WC plus carry out some property maintenance tasks such as re-seal the bath, hang some pictures, put up curtain poles, etc. We’ve worked for them several times since so they must have been happy with the results.
Our client in Papworth Everard wanted us to redecorate the master bedroom by painting ceilings, walls and trims (skirting, window sills, architrave & doors) with one of the walls to be painted in a bold colour to create a feature wall. The client as always was very happy, so much so we’ve undertaken a decorating job for them each year since.
With the recent extension in Ellington complete we moved onto phase 2 which was to divide the original lounge into 3 rooms! By installing some stud walls and creating some door openings we could create a new dining room with bespoke cabinets, study and a walk-in-wardrobe from the master bedroom. This really did make the most from the new lounge extension that we completed shortly before.
Our client in Papworth Everard wanted us to build a bespoke wine rack for his wine collection. We were happy to oblige and he was happy with the end result.
We’ve always known we had a great pool of trades to tackle larger general build projects but have been happy to stay in our happy place making smaller alterations, installing kitchens, bathrooms or undertaking large redecoration or refurbishment projects but this was an opportunity not to be missed, Our client in Ellington wanted to build an extension to create a large lounge area which would then free up the existing lounge to be divided into a dining room, study and walk-in-wardrobe from the master bedroom. The project used virtually all our trades experience but the outcome was amazing!
This St Neots based client wanted us to extend their patio (quite common in new builds), create some planters, make use of two dead areas by installing two deck areas that could become social spaces (one linking the house to the garage courtesy door we installed a year earlier). We stained this deck (something some clients choose to do themselves) and installed LED decking lights. In addition, and to improve privacy, we installed trellis fencing along the exterior walls. A great job to be asked to undertake as it completely transformed garden from something that was ok into something that was beautiful.
Our clients in Papworth Everard are real book lovers and wanted us to Create, Install and Paint a Bookcase that would provide adequate support for the books without damaging, or marking, the books. They was delighted with the result and got us back later to create a smaller unit for them.

We carried out this Job in Bedford a few years ago but recently went back to repair and re-lay the front path so took a few snaps of the garden now its in full flora.

The client was delighted with the outcome, and so were we!
Our client in Abbotsley asked if we could remove the old entrance door and replace it with a wooden stable door, stain and varnish. Quite a straight forward job really but looks good!
This bathroom ended up being a 2 stage affair for our St Neots based client. Originally we installed a P-Shaped Shower Bath, Basin, WC, Designer Cabinet, Fully Tiled but shortly after we had to remove the shower bath and make the room a wet room. We delighted this client not once but twice!
Our client in Coton had just moved into their new home and wanted a replacement bathroom to include Shower, Vanity Basin, Vanity WC, Vanity Cupboard, New Towel Rail, Wall Tiling, Floor Tiling plus Painting & Decorating. It was back to the building fabric with this one as there were some inherent problems with mould and insulation (or lack of it). Nice simple colours made for a really nice bathroom. Sorry if the images aren’t that great…
We’d been recommended to this client, in Staploe, from one of the large DIY stores in the area. The client wanted us to install solid wood flooring, skirting boards, architrave and to tile an entrance hallway with terracotta tiles. Despite following the manufacturer guidelines in terms of leaving the boards horiizontal in the room for 24 hours (we allowed 48 hours) before installation we did have some minor issues with expansion. Nothing major and easily fixed so all ended well.
Our client in Dunstable wanted us to carry out some property maintenance including re-sealing the basin and bath, repairing some wall and ceiling surfaces and re-painting, re-grouting some tiles and sealing some exterior frames. Nothing glamorous here but essential work non the less.
We’d recently installed some decking for our client in Papworth Everard and they asked us if we could wallpaper some feature walls for them. As always we were happy to oblige and they loved the results.
This client in Papworth Everard had seen our work at their next door neighbours and asked if we could squeeze in this small landscaping job. As with lots of new builds the garden was quite small and they’d been left with a patch of grass that didn’t get much sun so was never going to be lush. The client wanted something simple so they could have an easy to manage garden and this is what we cam up with…
Our St Neots based client wanted something to give lots of flexible storage but also to house the man of the house’s stereo system, so after we agreed a design we rapidly moved onto construction. This unit was primed, undercoated and finished in Dulux Trade Satinwood, matched to the wall colour. We know the client was happy because several years later we had to design and build 2 more!
Our client in Papworth Everard wanted a nice social area away from the house, some easy maintenance borders, a water feature, some small planters, a shade sail and a path from the house to the garage but leaving room on the lawn for the kids to play. We came up with a simple but contrasting design and left another happy customer.
Our St Neots based client just didn’t have enough storage in her Kitchen / Diner so we got a little creative, matched the units and worktops from the original supplier and came up with a solution that gave her what she needed without to much of a compromise on space. She Loved It!
We installed this Classic Cream Shaker Kitchen, from our very special supplier, for our client in Kimbolton.
This was a typical 1960’s WC and bathroom configuration, compact and separate by nature. The client wanted to combine them into one and maximise the space to accommodate a separate bath and shower, WC and vanity wash basin. The client was delighted with the result giving us yet another 5* review.
A few shelves and bespoke fitted cupboards, plus a lick of paint and BOOM! The room was transformed…
Our client in Ellington wanted a retro vintage bathroom that complemented their period cottage. We think we delivered and so did they…
By knocking the separate WC and Bathroom into one larger space we managed to en-corporate an additional Walk In Shower along with the Bath, WC and Basin.
This walkway passed the lounge window and as it was not gated was being used by pedestrians, so we installed wrought iron gates at each end and voila some privacy!
This small space between buildings was fenced off and pretty pointless so we removed the fence and replaced it with a gate given the client a nice little place to hide their bins but with access to the street.
Hanging this striped wallpaper horizontally was pretty challenging especially around the media and electrical sockets but the end result was in the clients words ‘Superb’.
Interesting project to make the most of some odd shaped spaces but the client was very happy with the outcome.
This 17th century cottage in Waresley was tired and needed some TLC on the exterior, so we carried out repairs and painted the masonry and wooden window frames and trims. We’ve been working for this client for over 7 years now so we are sure they liked the end result.
It was the second time we’ve tackled several rooms for this client and each room had a different theme, some simple, some a little more elegant. We also sourced and fitted bespoke radiator covers.
Quite a large garden for a new build and the client wanted a combination of social space, childs play area and a lawned garden with shrub borders. Simple but a great foundation for the garden to develop over time.
Lots of Designer Wallpaper and all the Interior Walls repainted in various colours. All that before our client had even moved in!
With no direct access to the garden from the garage our clients in St Neots asked us to form an opening and fit a UPVC courtesy door. They were delighted with the result.
Beautiful Designer Wallpaper, for the Feature Wall. Walls and Ceilings Painted and the woodwork painted with a High Gloss finish.
This client had seen one of our previous Bespoke Bookcases and wanted to get one for herself. She was not disappointed…
Quite a tricky bathroom as its in a dormer, but our client in Wyboston was absolutely delighted with the end result.
Our clients, in Coton, opted for a straightforward kitchen installation plus tiled splashbacks, preferring to decorate themselves.
This bookcase was designed to fill the wall and even go over the doorway. Primed, undercoated (twice) and two top coats of Dulux Trade Satinwood for a mid-sheen finish. We really like the end result and luckily so did our St Neots based client.
This Replacement Kitchen was part of a FULL refurbishment of this 17th century cottage in Fenstanton, which also included a full Redecoration and New Bathroom. The Client was so pleased she put us on a retainer to maintain the property for her instead of her lettings agent.
This was just a straightforward kitchen installation for us as the Sandy based client wanted to tile and decorate themselves, which of course we are happy with.
